Please see attached the AOA National Joint Replacement Registry (NJRR) Ankle form. This is a new form for 2026 and has more specific detail for documenting ankle arthritis. Note also the User Guide - which was created to help provide information relating to the NJRR form, it is also accessible via the QR code on the form.

Also, this form is intended to capture total ankle arthroplasty (replacement), AND also ankle arthrodesis (fusion). We are aiming to capture all of these procedures occurring in Australia per annum to help our long term understanding of the outcomes of both arthroplasty and fusion procedures.
